Photo’s from the Naked Grouse Cocktail Challenge at the Black Dog Ballroom

Maxxium UK  launched a nationwide search for the perfect whisky cocktail using its premium blend, The Naked Grouse. The challenge is that the cocktail must be made following an authentic recipe from 1806 using only four ingredients: spirit, sugar, bitters and water. To whittle down the entries, five regional heats have been hosted this month by Maxxium’s Mixxit team: Wayne Collins and Patsy Christie. We went down to the Manchester heat in The Black Dog Ballroom to get some photo’s.
